The consultant is a working engineer from the same team that builds and runs software for our clients, so every recommendation is checked against real delivery: what it will cost to build, how long it will take and what it will take to operate afterwards. The advice is vendor-neutral. When a ready-made platform fits your process, we recommend it rather than a custom build, and when an existing system is worth keeping, we say so. That is the difference between an IT consultancy and a sales pitch.
An engagement is either a short audit with an agreed scope or ongoing advisory while you carry out the plan. We work in English, Russian or Uzbek, in Tashkent or remotely. IT strategy and roadmap
A plan for the next six to eighteen months that says what to build, what to buy and what to integrate, in what order, and roughly what each step should cost. It is written for owners and managers rather than developers, so you can make decisions with it and hold vendors to it.
Stack, vendor and estimate review
Build or buy, which CRM or ERP to choose, which technologies to standardise on, and whether a contractor's proposal and price are reasonable. As an IT consulting company in Tashkent that also builds software, we know what a realistic estimate looks like and where the hidden costs sit.
Automation and integration planning
Before CRM, automation or integration work starts, we map how the work is actually done, which systems hold which data and where the manual steps are. The result is a scoped specification that any team can build from, including ours. It also says where automation is not worth the money yet.

A call to understand your goals, the systems you run today, the constraints you work within and the budget you have in mind. We agree the scope of the audit at the end of it and send a written quote.

Audit and interviews
We read the code, configurations and documentation, and we talk to the people who use the systems every day. Their workarounds usually tell us more than the diagrams do.

Report and roadmap
Findings, options with their trade-offs and a prioritised plan you own. We present it in a meeting, answer questions and adjust priorities with you. The report is written so that it stays useful after we have left the room.

Implementation support
If the plan calls for new software, we can build it or supervise another vendor on your behalf: reviewing the proposal, checking milestones and reading the code before you accept it. Either way, you keep the roadmap and the decisions.

Do you work with companies in Tashkent only, or across Uzbekistan and abroad?
Both. Our team is in Tashkent, and we work with companies there in person or remotely. We also advise businesses in the regions of Uzbekistan and international companies that are entering the market or already operate here. Audits and interviews are done remotely where that is more practical, and we work in English, Russian and Uzbek.
How much does an IT consultation cost and how long does it take?
The price depends on the scope we agree: how many systems are involved, whether we need to read code or only interview people, and how detailed the roadmap should be. After a discovery call we send a written quote with the scope, deliverables and timeline. A focused audit of one system takes less time than a review of everything a company runs, so the timeline is agreed together with the scope.
Do we have to hire BITS for development after the consultation?
No. The report, the roadmap and the decisions in it are yours. You can carry out the plan with your own team or with any other vendor. If you would like us to build it, that is a separate agreement, and we are equally happy to supervise another contractor's work against the roadmap instead.
Do you do IT audits and digital transformation planning?
Yes, within our field. We audit code, architecture, infrastructure and technology choices, and we write digital transformation roadmaps that set out which processes to automate, which systems to replace and in what order. We do not carry out certification audits for information security or regulatory compliance; for those you need an accredited auditor.
