How Businesses Can Use AI Automation (Without the Hype)
A practical guide to AI automation: which tasks are worth automating, how to design human review, what to measure, and what to ask a vendor.
Service
Practical AI, automation and intelligent features.
We help businesses apply AI where it genuinely improves outcomes — automating repetitive work, extracting insight from documents, and adding intelligent features to existing products.
Our focus is practical and measurable: we start from a real problem, validate quickly, and integrate AI into your workflows and data securely.

FAQ
AI is valuable when there is a repetitive, data-heavy task or a clear decision to support. We are honest when a simpler solution would serve you better.
We design AI systems around your data-handling requirements, keep secrets on the server and apply access controls and evaluation before anything reaches production.
Yes, but quality varies by language. General-purpose models have seen far more English and Russian than Uzbek, so we test in the language your users actually type in. Uzbek is written in both Latin and Cyrillic, often mixed, so we normalise text and names; otherwise a search in one script misses documents in the other. Many documents are scans or phone photos with stamps and handwriting, where OCR can be the real bottleneck. Accuracy is measured separately for each language.
Most of the build is ordinary software around the model: permissions, integrations, audit logs and a review screen for staff. Cost depends on the path: a ready-made product for generic tasks, a provider's model integrated into your system, or fine-tuning and self-hosting, which cost most to build and maintain. Running costs are per-request fees that grow with volume, or hardware and operations if self-hosted. After a discovery call we send a quote; a prototype checks quality before the full build.
Yes. Assistants grounded in your own knowledge base are part of our AI work, whether on Telegram, in a website widget or in an internal tool. The bot answers from your documents, prices and policies, hands over to a person when it is unsure, and logs conversations so wrong answers can be fixed. A public-facing bot is the hardest place to start, since its mistakes land on your brand; an internal assistant for staff is often a safer first step.
