Robotics & Robotic Systems
Control software, vision and integration for robotic systems.
Robotic hardware is only as good as the software driving it. We build the control logic, vision systems and supervisory software that make robotic and automated equipment work reliably in real conditions — not just in a demo.
We work alongside your mechanical and electrical teams, and integrate robotic cells with the systems that run the rest of your operation, so production data flows where it is needed.
What we deliver
Robotics & Robotic Systems
Control software
Motion logic, safety states and operator interfaces built on ROS 2 or PLC platforms.
Computer vision
Detection, inspection and guidance so equipment can respond to what it actually sees.
Line & cell integration
Connecting robotic cells to existing production lines, PLCs and enterprise systems.
Telemetry & monitoring
Live status, fault reporting and performance data collected from every unit.
How we work
Our approach
- 01
Feasibility
We assess what is realistic with your hardware, budget and cycle-time targets.
- 02
Prototype
A working cell or rig proves the approach before full commitment.
- 03
Build & integrate
Control software developed, tested and connected to your wider systems.
- 04
Commission & support
On-site commissioning, operator training and ongoing maintenance.
FAQ
Robotics & Robotic Systems — common questions
Do you supply the robots themselves?
We are a software and integration partner, not a hardware vendor. We work with the equipment you choose and can advise on selection so the software side is not compromised.
Can you work with our existing machinery?
Yes. Much of our robotics work involves adding vision, control or monitoring to equipment that is already installed rather than replacing it.
What does a robotics project cost, and what drives the price?
Robots, grippers and cameras are bought from the vendor you choose, so our price covers software and integration. The price depends on cycle-time targets, product variants, vision requirements such as part variation and lighting, safety states, integration with existing PLCs and enterprise systems, and on-site commissioning. Work starts with a feasibility assessment, and a prototype cell or rig proves the approach before full commitment. Drawings and current PLC programs help us estimate. After a discovery call we send a quote.
Can computer vision check product quality on our line?
Often, yes. Feasibility depends on the defect types, line speed, camera placement and lighting, and stable lighting is often worth more than a better algorithm. The system needs real images of good and defective products from your own line and is checked on real parts during the prototype stage. Uncertain cases can go to an operator rather than being guessed, and results feed into your monitoring data. Some defects are invisible to a camera and need other sensors.
Do you handle on-site commissioning and operator training?
Yes. On-site commissioning, operator training and ongoing maintenance are part of the process. Commissioning checks safety states, cycle time and fault handling under real production conditions, not only in a demo. Operators get interfaces and documentation for normal operation and for recovering from faults. Telemetry collects live status, fault reports and performance data from every unit, so problems stay visible after handover. Where the cell shares data with the line or enterprise systems, we handle that integration too.
