Business Process Automation

Turning manual back-office workflows into reliable systems.

Most companies run on processes that live in spreadsheets, email threads and someone’s memory. That works until volume grows — then it becomes slow, inconsistent and impossible to report on. We turn those processes into systems that run the same way every time.

We map how the work is really done before automating anything, because automating a broken process only makes it fail faster. The result is fewer manual steps, fewer errors, and management visibility you did not have before.

What we deliver

Business Process Automation

Approval & routing workflows

Requests, approvals and handovers that move automatically to the right person with a full audit trail.

Document processing

Invoices, contracts and forms read, classified and filed without manual data entry.

Automated reporting

Reports and alerts generated on schedule instead of assembled by hand each month.

Tool-to-tool automation

Connecting the systems your team already uses so data stops being re-typed between them.

How we work

Our approach

  1. 01

    Process mapping

We document how the work actually happens today, including the workarounds.

  2. 02

    Redesign

We simplify the process first, then decide which steps are worth automating.

  3. 03

    Build & pilot

A working version runs alongside the current process until it proves itself.

  4. 04

    Roll out

Training, handover and refinement once the team is using it daily.

FAQ

Business Process Automation — common questions

Which process should we automate first?

The one that is repetitive, high-volume and error-prone — typically approvals or document handling. We help you identify it during discovery rather than guessing.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

Usually not. Most automation connects the tools you already have. We only recommend replacing something when the workarounds cost more than the replacement.

How much does business process automation cost?

Cost depends on the steps, roles and exceptions involved, how many systems the automation reads from and writes to, the document types handled, and how clean the current data is. We simplify the process before automating it, which often removes steps and shrinks the build. Today's hours and errors are measured first, so the saving is visible afterwards. After a discovery call we send a quote. Process mapping before you commit to a build is part of IT consulting.

Can approvals and notifications run through Telegram?

Yes. An approval request can reach the right person as a Telegram message with approve and reject buttons, while the record and audit trail stay in the system, not in the chat. Reminders go out and the request escalates when nobody responds in time, and each action is linked to a verified employee account with the right permissions. Because Telegram only carries the notification, the same workflow can also run through email or a web interface.

How long does automation take, and how much time does it need from our staff?

The timeline depends on the process and the systems it touches, and is agreed with the quote. We start with one process in one department: map how the work happens today, redesign it, then pilot the new version alongside the current process, so work does not stop. From your staff we need a process owner who can make decisions, time from the people who do the work to show the real exceptions, sample documents, and honest feedback during the pilot.
