System Integration

Making separate systems work as one.

Most companies do not have a software problem — they have a systems-that-do-not-talk-to-each-other problem. The same data gets typed into three places, reports disagree, and nobody trusts the numbers. We connect those systems so information flows once and stays consistent.

We handle the unglamorous parts properly: error handling, retries, reconciliation and monitoring. An integration that fails silently is worse than none at all, so ours tell you when something goes wrong.

What we deliver

System Integration

API development & gateways

Clean, documented REST and GraphQL interfaces over systems that never had them.

ERP, CRM & accounting integration

Connecting the platforms that run finance, sales and operations into one data flow.

Legacy system connectivity

Getting data out of old systems safely, without a risky full replacement.

Data sync & reconciliation

Scheduled or real-time synchronisation with checks that catch mismatches early.

How we work

Our approach

  1. 01

    Map the landscape

We document every system, what data it owns and where duplication happens.

  2. 02

    Design the flow

A clear source of truth for each entity, so systems stop disagreeing.

  3. 03

    Build & test

Integrations built with retries, logging and reconciliation from day one.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Alerting so a failed sync is noticed immediately, not at month end.

FAQ

System Integration — common questions

Our system has no API — can it still be integrated?

Usually yes. Depending on the system we can work through its database, file exports, or by building an API layer around it. We assess the safest option during discovery.

Will integration disrupt daily operations?

We run integrations in parallel with existing processes and reconcile the results before cutting over, so the switch happens only once we can prove the data matches.

Can you integrate 1C with our website, online store or CRM?

Yes. Typical flows send products, prices and stock from 1C to the online store, and orders, customers and payments from the site or CRM back into 1C. Each entity gets one source of truth, such as 1C for prices and stock, so the systems stop disagreeing. The mechanism depends on the 1C configuration and version: web services, OData or scheduled file exchange. Changes inside 1C may involve your 1C specialist. Sync frequency is agreed per flow, and failures raise alerts.

How much does system integration cost, and how long does it take?

It depends on the number of systems and data flows, whether sync is one-way or two-way, real-time or scheduled, API and documentation quality, how clean the data is and whether records share an identifier, and access to test environments. The calendar often waits on third parties for credentials and sandbox access, so we request them in the first week. Mapping the landscape can rule out unnecessary flows. After a discovery call we send a quote with scope and timeline.

Who supports the integration when an external system changes?

Your team, another vendor or us. Each flow is documented with its source of truth, schedule and failure behaviour, so any capable team can maintain it. External systems do change: providers retire old API versions, formats shift, credentials expire, and 1C updates can alter the data, so integrations need maintenance like any software. Ours log every run, retry failures, reconcile data and raise alerts, so a failed sync is noticed immediately, not at month end.
