DevOps & CI/CD Automation
Automating the engineering work that slows your team down.
Engineering teams lose a surprising amount of time to work a machine should be doing — manual deployments, repetitive testing, environment setup, moving data between systems. We automate that work so your people spend their time on things only people can do.
We start by measuring where the time actually goes, then automate the highest-cost steps first. Every automation is version-controlled, documented and monitored, so it stays reliable instead of becoming another thing to maintain.
What we deliver
DevOps & CI/CD Automation
CI/CD pipelines
Automated build, test and deployment so releases are routine rather than risky events.
Infrastructure as code
Reproducible environments defined in code, so servers can be rebuilt identically at any time.
Automated testing & monitoring
Test suites and alerting that catch problems before your customers do.
Data pipelines & scripts
Scheduled jobs that move, clean and reconcile data between systems without manual exports.
How we work
Our approach
- 01
Audit
We measure where engineering time is actually being spent.
- 02
Prioritise
We automate the most expensive repetitive steps first, not the easiest ones.
- 03
Implement
Automation built as reviewed, version-controlled code — never one-off scripts.
- 04
Monitor
Alerting and documentation so the automation stays trustworthy over time.
FAQ
DevOps & CI/CD Automation — common questions
How soon do we see a return on automation?
Usually within the first few months. We pick tasks with a measurable time cost, so the saving is visible in hours recovered rather than a vague promise of efficiency.
Will this replace our engineers?
No. It removes the repetitive parts of their work — deployments, environment setup, manual testing — so the same team ships more without working longer hours.
How much does it cost to set up CI/CD and DevOps automation?
Cost depends on the number of applications and repositories, the environments involved (test, staging, production), how much automated testing already exists, cloud versus your own servers, how much infrastructure is still configured by hand, and any monitoring or compliance requirements. Because we start by measuring where engineering time goes, the first phase can stay small and its saving measurable. Running costs include CI runners or build minutes and monitoring tools. After a discovery call we send a quote.
Can automation run on our current servers, including hosting inside Uzbekistan?
Yes. We build automation around the tools and hosting you already use: GitHub, GitLab or a self-hosted repository, a cloud provider or your own servers in a local data centre, without moving platforms first. Where a law or contract requires personal data to stay on servers in Uzbekistan, pipelines deploy to local hosting in the same way as to the cloud. Infrastructure as code keeps environments reproducible wherever they run.
Who maintains the automation once it is running?
Everything is delivered as reviewed, version-controlled code in your repositories, with documentation, never as one-off scripts on one person's laptop, so your engineers can read and change the pipelines themselves. Monitoring and alerting show when a pipeline, scheduled job or backup fails, so problems do not go unnoticed. Tools and dependencies need periodic updates like any software. Your team can take this over or leave it with us: we support what we build and stay involved after launch.
